Job Description
We are seeking a Wastewater Treatment Laboratory Analyst on a part time basis.
This role supports the efficient operation and regulatory compliance of a number of EPS WWTP's by carrying out laboratory testing and analysis of wastewater, sludge, and final effluent. The role ensures accurate monitoring of treatment performance in line with EPA discharge licence requirements and EPS operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sampling & Analysis
- Collect representative samples from influent, process streams, sludge, and final effluent
- Carry out routine laboratory testing including:
- pH, COD, BOD
- Suspended solids (TSS)
- Ammonia, nitrates, and phosphorus
- Settleability and sludge characteristics
- Ensure correct sample preservation, storage, and chain of c...
