Lab Tech - 1st shift (contract) Lab Tech - 1st shift needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Staffing's client working in Narrows, VA. Pay Rate: $20 - $25.86/hr Shift: Mon‐Fri, 7am‐3:30pm What You'll Be Doing: Provide technical support by operating lab pilot‐scale mixers, pumps, tanks, and high‐speed mechanical processing equipment according to a provided trial plan or procedure. Perform physical and visual quality evaluations. Attention to detail is critical. Review process controls and data for report‐out and further optimization. Effectively communicate data and trial learnings to the coordinator for continuous improvement. Required: 5+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing, process laboratory environment, or hands‐on research facility. Mechanical acumen and chemical handling experience preferred.
