Job Summary
The Lab Technician is responsible for carrying out routine laboratory testing, sampling, analysis, documentation, and quality control checks for raw camel milk, processed milk, dairy products, ingredients, packaging materials, water, environmental samples, and finished products. The role supports food safety, product quality, regulatory compliance, and timely release decisions in accordance with Camelicious quality systems and applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sampling / Testing
- Collect, receive, label, and prepare samples of raw milk, in‑process products, finished goods, ingredients, packaging materials, water, and environmental swabs as per approved procedures.
- Perform routine chemical, physical, microbiological, and organoleptic tests as assigned.
