Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare, conduct laboratory testing, experiment samples, and trial sample preparations in the HB Fuller technology line of Hot Melt chemistry.
- Secure raw materials, prepare samples, measure physical properties and performance properties, and run R&D laboratory equipment.
- Maintain test equipment in good order.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, standard substrates, and finished products.
- Keep a clean lab environment through 5S practices.
- Generate SOPs for tests and equipment operation within their responsibility.
- Perform complex, simultaneous laboratory tasks and procedures accurately and timely, communicating with fellow employees, suppliers, and customers.
- Take problems in their most basic form and reach satisfactory conclusions with little supervision.
