Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Location: Roscrea, Co. Tipperary

Overview
We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to support the Quality & Technical team, ensuring all products meet food safety and compliance standards. Candidates must be based within a commutable distance to Roscrea.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct microbiological and chemical testing on raw materials and finished products
  • Perform steriliser checks, CCP inspections, and environmental monitoring
  • Prepare and submit samples for external testing ( salmonella, residues)
  • Accurately record and report results
  • Maintain lab equipment, documentation, and hygiene standards
  • Support audits and non-conformance investigations
