The Tatua Co-operative Dairy Company is a globally recognised manufacturer of specialised dairy ingredients and food products.
The Laboratory is looking for someone to join their team as a Functional Testing and Product Grading Technician.
This is a varied role working in small team. The product grading part of the role includes determining the final grade status of products and creating documentation required for customers and market access requirements. The testing part of the role includes setting up sensory panels and the functional testing of product such as creams and sauces (e.g. whipping, viscosity).
