Are you an experienced Laboratory Manager, Lab Supervisor, Senior Laboratory Technician, Analytical Laboratory Lead or Environmental Laboratory Manager looking for the opportunity to set up a brand-new, state-of-the-art laboratory? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing renewables business working within anaerobic digestion, biogas, environmental testing and sustainable agriculture. You will work closely with the Head of Bioprocess and Senior Biologist to help establish a new laboratory facility near Grantham. This is a key role where you will help set up the lab, put new systems and processes in place, and lead a new team of laboratory technicians. This is not simply a role maintaining an existing laboratory. It is a chance to shape a modern laboratory function from the beginning.
