Job Description
A successful Laboratory Manager wil be responsible: Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. Develop and implement laboratory processes and protocols to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Manage and allocate resources, including staff, equipment, and materials, to meet operational demands. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the laboratory environment. Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, coordinating repairs and calibrations as required. Prepare and present regular reports on laboratory performance and operational metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development initiatives within the life sciences department.
