Job Description
Medical Laboratory Technician for clinic with moderate pace. Lab is in transition with some machines validated/in use, and some up coming, so workload is throttled but will increase over time. Pt interaction with blood draws and point of care testing. Close partnership with staff nurses, lots of collaboration. Sysmex XN-10, Caresphere, Cliniteck Status+, Nova Statstrip, and Nova Statsensor used.
1 year experience REQUIRED. 1st Time Traveler OK. Day shift, 0800-1700, M-F. No weekends, no on call, no float. ~64hr orientation with 48hr orientation on floor. Olive Green or Black scrubs, not provided.
Certifications Preferred: BLS; ASCP
