Job Summary
BRC is an AAALAC International accredited and bizSAFE Level 3 certified laboratory animal facility established in Biopolis in 2005, as a service facility under Biomedical Sciences Institutes. Its mission is to provide high quality research animal services to support the vibrant research culture for biological and biomedical sciences, in order to support the development of biotechnology for the human healthcare industry in Singapore.
Responsibilities- Reporting to a supervisor, provide husbandry and care for animals and their environment according to standards and established workflows in BRC. Receive training in best husbandry practices and implement these.
- Maintain cleaning and sanitization standards in the facility.
- Uphold safety practices and procedures in the facility such as wearing scrubs and PPE (including masks).
