Job Description
What You Will Do
- Maintain oversight of the testing laboratory document control system (quality management system) to ensure sustained compliance and scalability.
- Ensure laboratories operate impartially, competently, consistently, and in alignment with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, including non‑accredited locations.
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of testing procedures and results.
- Maintain and oversee the corrective action process, including root cause analysis, effectiveness verification, and trend monitoring.
- Provide subject matter guidance on corrective actions to prevent recurrence and strengthen systemic performance.
- Review impartiality and conflict‑of‑interest risk assessments and ensure appropriate mitigation actions are implemented.
