The Laboratory Supervisor & NDT Technician ensures the efficient and compliant operation of laboratory and testing services by delivering technical and hands‑on expertise across mechanical testing and NDT activities. This role drives continuous improvement of laboratory processes, equipment, and safety systems, ensuring high‑quality service delivery aligned with organizational and regulatory standards. By carrying out testing operations, supporting site‑based NDT work, and enabling effective communication and resource coordination, the role strengthens performance, safety, and operational efficiency across laboratory and field environments.
