Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Location: Orangeburg, NY
Type: Contract
Compensation: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00pm
Responsibilities
+ Perform moisture testing using Lighthouse plasma method
+ Conduct analyses of clinical chemistry, critical care, plasma testing, coagulation, and microbiology controls and reagents using automated techniques in accordance with quality standards and GMP requirements
+ Perform automated and manual assays as detailed in departmental/plant SOPs and QC Monographs for raw material, in-process, and finished product testing
+ Interpret test results against specifications and determine whether assays pass or fail
+ Maintain documentation of all work performed in accordance with GMP requirements
+ Perform product stability, proficiency, environmental testing, and water system testing
