The purpose of this role is to complete to the required quality standards, the analysis of cooking validation and food complaint samples using appropriate techniques.
This is a part time role working 22.5 hours per week, Friday 12:00 - 16:00, Saturday & Sunday 08:00 - 16:00, Monday 08:00 - 12:00. Training hours will be 22.5 hours a week over Monday to Friday for the first two weeks.
