What we need:
We are seeking an experienced Labour Relations Advisor to provide strategic labour relations support across our organization. Reporting to the Manager, Employee & Labour Relations, you will partner closely with leaders, HR colleagues, and union representatives to address complex labour relations matters, mitigate risk, and support organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic labour relations advice and coaching to leaders on collective agreement interpretation, employee relations matters, performance management, and workplace investigations.
