Shape the future of labour relations as a Labour Relations Expert, working three days on-site in a hybrid environment. Your guidance will be essential for leaders and HR partners.
Reporting to the Manager of Labour and Employee Relations, this role focuses on grievance management, mediation support, and workplace investigations. You'll be a key advisor on complex labour matters and will build relationships with union representatives to ensure consistent interpretation of collective agreements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
