Temporary (12-month contract) Part-time Labour Relations Representative Job Posting
The BCIT Faculty and Staff Association (FSA) is searching for a part-time (3 days per week) Labour Relations Representative for a 12-month term with a possibility of extension or renewal. The base salary for this position is $92,378.89 to $109,591.55. This position’s pro-rated salary for the part-time work, in person during regular business hours from Tuesday to Thursday, is between $55,427.34 and $65,754.93 with placement based on experience.

The Labour Relations team meets at least once a week to share concerns and exchange ideas, but we often meet informally to discuss our work.
