About the Company:
Talent Focus Recruitment have partnered with a leading manufacturer in Wagga Wagga who design, and manufacture concrete railway sleepers. With 4 key factories across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, our client has a significant focus on people, innovation, research and development and safety to ensure client needs are exceeded.
About the Role:
Within this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of concrete sleepers including:
- Preparing of concrete moulds (cleaning, scraping, and applying lubricants as required)
- Set up of moulding equipment (including use of hand tools)
- Machine operation as required
- Performing tests to ensure quality assurance and control processes are met
- Forklift operation (if licensed)
