Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated personal care worker for a permanent, full‑time position caring for elderly and disabled residents in our community home.
Responsibilities
- Provide everyday personal care and support to residents.
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility.
- Offer basic medical support and monitor health conditions as required.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and improve unit operations.
- Maintain a respectful, team‑oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Completion of a licensed personal care worker (lähihoitaja) program.
- Minimum B1 level Finnish language proficiency.
- Commitment to maintaining and improving language skills.
- Required vaccinations in accordance with the Infectious Disease Act.
