We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our bar staff team (Lakota Crew) . This is a flexible, part-time role working nights and weekends at the heart of Bristol’s nightlife.

As part of the Lakota Crew , you’ll deliver high-energy bar service, help create a welcoming atmosphere, and keep the venue running smoothly. This role is perfect for anyone who thrives in a fast-paced nightclub environment and wants to gain experience in the events and music industry.
Requirements
Over 18
Available Friday and Saturday nights
Able to work peak dates such as Halloween and New Year’s Eve
Previous bar experience preferred but not essential — full training provided
