Job Description Job Description Laminated Builder - Arlington, TX SHIFT: Day Shift M-Th 5:30am-4pm and Fri 6:30am-2:00pm. Some Saturdays 5:30-noon This position will use grinders, knives and scissors all day removing flashing and buffing off rubber. It’s a hot and dirty environment Pay: $16.00 POSITION SUMMARY: Under close supervision, builds parts efficiently according to specific build-up requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sets-up and prepares parts for build-up. • Organizes materials and tools required for build-up. • Checks setup lights. • Weighs, measures and cuts materials for lamination. • Checks mandrel dimensions. • Trims and buffs parts. • Builds parts by following prescribed procedures using an MIP. • Builds/assembles a part, molds the part and disassembles the part. • Repairs parts as necessary. • Reads and records measurements in the MIP.
