Job Description
Job Title: Land Acquisition Associate (Public Land Permitting)
Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Set Up: Hybrid (4x a week onsite and 1 day WFH)
Note: Must have prior experience in public land permitting processes with DENR and other government agencies
Responsibilities
- Implement the end-to-end overall strategy for land rights acquisition over project site(s) and transmission right-of-way.
- Review, analyse, conduct due diligence, and research over the targeted land or right-of-way’s documentation and recommend valuation.
- Secure long-term rights over land and secure the necessary permits and approvals for use of the land for project purposes.
- Secure and ensure completeness of all land rights documents required for the transfer of land rights to the company’s project SPV that meets bankability standards.
