Job Description
Title – AVP/VP – BD (Land Acquisition)
Role & responsibilities:
To interact with channel partners/ brokers/ property owners/ redevelopment of society/GHMC for leads for land/ redevelopment of society
To review property details like property card, development plan remarks etc. including basic title due diligence (Technical and Legal Due Diligence)
To review market study and industry reports and recommend changes to concerned stakeholders
To review technical and legal due diligence done by team
To review financial feasibility based on the inputs available and recommend future course of action
To influence key stakeholders within the organization to adhere project/ tender timelines
To review MIS of properties under evaluation on a regular basis
To conduct competition mapping and benchmarking
To guide and handhold team on new regulations, government guidelines etc.
