Job Responsibilities
- performing land title searches and registrations
- performing corporate title searches
- entering updates and maintaining project status in database
- preparing requests for third‑party agreements and consents
- preparing surface legal documents and other related documentation
- commissioning affidavits
- preparing Crown applications for disposition
