Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead direct negotiations with landowners, land agents, and land aggregators on land acquisition terms, lease structures, and heads of agreement
- Identify and pursue commercially attractive land parcels suitable for utility‑scale ground‑mount and floating solar development above 15MW
- Build and maintain a strong network of landowner and agent relationships across Peninsular Malaysia to support ongoing pipeline origination
- Independently manage a portfolio of 5-8 active land parcels simultaneously, driving each parcel from initial contact through to signed heads of terms or option agreement
- Represent the company credibly and professionally in all external landowner and agent interactions
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date land pipeline tracker covering all active, passive, and prospective parcels – including status, key contacts, terms under discussion, and next actions
