EPI's innovative One-Stop Solution service, Site-Packaging, provides a single point-of-contact, turn-key solution for Brownfield Redevelopment by curating the requisite investigation, remediation, and site development services to deliver a 'pad-ready site for clients. Project Overview: Project consists of 354 residential units on 8 acres. The project includes 6 townhomes and 4 apartment buildings. Project is targeting a Phase 1 delivery of December 2026.
