Job Description
Site Surveying and Setting Out
- Conduct topographic boundary and level surveys for building construction sites.
- Perform accurate setting out for structural, architectural, and infrastructure works (e.g., foundations, columns, blockwork, slabs, utilities).
- Ensure correct alignment and elevation as per approved drawings and consultant instructions.
- Verify survey data before construction activities begin.
Coordination and Documentation
- Prepare and maintain daily surveying records, site sketches, as-built drawings, and coordinate logs.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Prepare as-built surveys for completed works for consultant approval.
- Ensure surveying instruments are calibrated and maintained regularly.
