Job Responsibilities
- Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects, site boundaries or land titles (Land use, housing and traffic patterns etc.)
- Carry out setting out of building grid lines before and during the construction stage
- Carry out site setting out according to precom plan, including building works for RC, architect and PPVC installation
- External works survey and control points monitoring
- Carry out routine building alignment survey during the course of the project
- Manage mapping exercises and workflow that capture and create mapping datasets
- Liaise with project/site engineers on the preparation of survey reports etc.
- Assist QAQC team to check and verification of the alignment & accuracy of dimensions for all works.
