About the role
- Lead a sub‑team of integration and test (I&T) engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Lead the development, review, and deployment of a test and trial program for the range services of the land‑based test facility, including commissioning, integration testing, dock acceptance testing, sea acceptance testing, and operational test and evaluation.
- Manage post‑installation inspections, commissioning, and verification of equipment readiness.
- Develop, author, and execute test documentation to verify the operation of integrated systems/software.
- Manage the documentation of test results in the Test Management System (TMS).
- Manage defect reports and related documentation.
- Oversee test report reviews, including analysis of collected data, and report findings to key stakeholders as required.
