Williams Parker, the region’s largest and oldest law firm founded in 1925, is seeking an experienced Land Use Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Sarasota, Florida.
Williams Parker has been an active participant in and contributor to the area’s growth since our formation in 1925. Much of our land use, development, and local government practice’s success is attributable to our extensive network of personal and professional relationships. Clients seek us because they know we understand the community and how things work at the local level. As a practitioner with Williams Parker, you will represent public and private sector clients, including nonprofit organizations, before municipal and county boards and commissions. Besides our work representing private interests obtaining governmental approvals and permits, you will also be regularly engaged to advise local governmental entities on issues unrelated to land use.
