Job Description
**Camino Real Landfill, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a Landfill Gas Technician to support our landfills in NM and AZ, based in Sundland Park, NM! We offer competitive pay, great family benefits, a 401k match and paid time off!**
The schedule will be Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work and on-call responsibilities.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
+ This Role will require at least a once-a-month trip to Durham Landfill in Florence AZ, to monitor its landfill gas wells, and complete routine compliance paperwork.
+ Individual must have the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
+ Assist in installing gas collection wells, pipes, and other infrastructure.
+ Support the operation of a 3rd party RNG facility located at the Camino Real Landfill
+ Use Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) piping materials and associated equipment.
+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on gas collection...
