We are currently seeking an experienced Quarry/Landfill Manager to take responsiblity of an existing team at the clients site in Narre Warren South.
About the Role
The Quarry/Landfill Manager is responsible for leading operational teams, driving environmental and safety outcomes, managing budgets, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities and ensuring safety across the site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting site teams to achieve operational targets
- Managing day-to-day landfill and transfer yard operations
- Ensuring compliance with EPA, environmental and safety regulations
- Monitoring landfill performance, recovery rates and operational efficiencies
