Urban Life Solutions has multiple openings for Labourers in our Calgary office within the Landscape Construction division. Under the direction of the Superintendent, this position will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks and hauling/operating our equipment to assist in the construction of commercial and government (municipal, provincial and federal) landscapes while providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to drive, load, and secure equipment on trucks and trailers
  • Operate and troubleshoot a variety of hand tools and equipment
  • Pre and post trip inspections on vehicles and equipment
  • Complete daily FLHA’s
  • Constructing various structures including patios, decks, retaining walls, waterfalls and ponds
  • Digging, raking, grading, planting, mulching
  • Carrying/ hauling material
  • Spreading topsoil and laying sod
