Operations Manager – Landscape Production
We are a growing landscape company that is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead all field operations (maintenance, enhancements, tree, PHC, hardscape, safety, and snow). This role owns the Operations P&L and is responsible for building a culture of excellence, improving efficiency and margins, and mentoring team members.
What you’ll do:
- Lead day-to-day operations across service lines (maintenance, enhancements, tree, PHC, hardscape, safety, snow)
- Use Aspire, Excel, and metrics to drive production efficiency and margin improvement
- Build and enforce processes, SOPs, training, and safety programs
- Split time between office (60–70%) and field (30–40%), coaching crews and frontline leaders
