Enhancement Crew Leader
What this role really is
This is project-based landscape work — not weekly maintenance, and not full-scale construction.
Think:
- Garden and landscape upgrades
- Planting projects
- Small builds and site improvements
- One-off jobs that actually change a property
You’ll lead a crew, run jobs start‑to‑finish, and make sure the final product looks as good as it did in the plan (or better).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a small crew on enhancement projects from start to finish
- Read and execute landscape plans with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Operate equipment (mini ex, skid steer, loaders) as needed
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily job flow
- Keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Work alongside your crew — this is a hands‑on leadership role
