Job Description
1. Manage landscape project and maintenance contracts
2. Visit the sites according to the daily schedules
3. Prepare tender submission and attend tender interview and ensure that presentation to the client is well
prepared and knows the scope of work
4. Ensure to meet the monthly required landscape contract target
5. Find Clients in landscape for landscape services
6. Attending meeting with the Horticulturist in site
7. Meeting with Clients to address any issues or any new contract developments
8. Work with Director & Team to resolve any contractual disputes arising in the projects/maintenance. Investigate and resolve or refer as appropriate disputes/complaints in accordance with contractual requirements in a timely manner
9. Conduct meeting with Horticulturist and sales team for daily updates of all contracts
