Landscape Supervisor – Nursery & Maintenance

Experience Required
- 6–8 years in landscape maintenance, nursery operations, or horticultural supervision
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily plant care, irrigation, fertilization, pruning, pest control, and nursery upkeep
- Ensure soft landscape maintenance activities meet approved standards
- Allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure efficient manpower utilization
- Ensure plant health, landscape aesthetics, and compliance with specificationsLiaise with engineers, clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Enforce safety protocols and track team performance
- Submit daily/weekly reports on nursery inventory, site progress, and maintenance activities
