Job Description
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair laser test benches, optical setups, electrical and mechanical fixtures. Ensure high equipment uptime and availability to support production targets. Develop, execute, and continuously improve preventive maintenance (PM) programs for production and test equipment. Perform product validation, verification, and release activities. Conduct detailed failure analysis on defective laser units and components. Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations. Monitor and drive production KPIs including First Pass Yield (FPY), Defective Parts Rate, Test Yield, and Equipment Uptime. Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance yield, quality, and productivity. Work closely with R&D, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams to resolve technical issues.
