Job Description
Clow is seeking experienced Laser Operators to join our manufacturing team in an advanced-level role. This position is responsible for independently operating laser cutting equipment, programming and adjusting jobs, and ensuring consistent production of high-quality precision parts in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will also take ownership of more complex work including programming, troubleshooting, prioritizing jobs across multiple machines, and supporting other operators as needed to maintain production flow and quality standards.
Available Shifts
- Shift 16: 3:00pm – 1:00am, Monday – Thursday (+$1.25/hour shift differential)
- Shift 21: 6:00am – 6:00pm, Friday – Sunday (+$3.50/hour shift differential)
Starting rate of pay: $20.14–$28.68 per hour base rate (based on experience).
