Job Description

Laser Setup & Operations Lead – 4-Day Work Week (Mon–Thu)

  • 5+ years of mastery in CO₂ and Fiber flat sheet lasers to drive our high-quality, low-volume medical fabrications is a requirement

  • We offer a permanent, W-2 career in West Bend with an average employee tenure of over 7 years and a culture that values long-term commitment

  • Pay is up to $28.00 per hour based on experience level

  • 4-Day Work Week: Monday through Thursday (3:30 PM – 2:00 AM) – enjoy a 3-day weekend every single week

  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
