Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Laser Technician / Field Service Engineer to support the calibration, testing, and maintenance of advanced optical and electro-mechanical systems. This role involves working with high-power laser systems and precision instrumentation in both laboratory and field environments.

Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel both domestically (2X / yr) and internationally (UK 1x /, travel arrangements and expenses are covered.

What You’ll Do

  • Calibrate and perform functional testing on complex optical and electro-mechanical systems
  • Align lasers and optical assemblies using precision tools and instrumentation
  • Disassemble and reassemble laser systems down to subassembly and component levels
