- Develop and maintain advanced knowledge of laser welding products and laser welding machine technology in collaboration with CoC – MFT‑LWB, IPN, and laser machine suppliers (especially Trumpf).
- Transfer basic and advanced laser welding know‑how to Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Planning, and Production teams, ensuring correct operation, maintenance capability, and sustainable process performance.
- Develop and deploy laser welding standardization for manufacturing and maintenance, including TPM concepts, machine daily check sheets, and work instructions (WI) to ensure stable machine condition and process robustness.
- Support the Maintenance organization in defining strategies for critical spare parts, including coordination with Trumpf and global suppliers, to ensure fast machine recovery and minimized production impact.
