This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Bogotá office.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and control all activities within the Property and Casualty Contracts unit.
- Responsible for managing the quoting and placement of proportional and non-proportional contracts for property lines, including analyzing information and providing value input to both insurance and reinsurance companies.
- Perform market reserving.
- Prepare all technical information for insurers, including reinsurance contract documentation for small, medium, and large accounts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with reinsurers.
- Achieve the renewal of the current portfolio.
- Handle new business opportunities.
- Elaborate spreadsheets for the determination of income.
