LATAM Payroll Analyst
Our Integral Payroll department is looking for an experienced self‑motivated, system‑savvy LATAM Payroll Analyst to join our team.
Reporting to the Manager of Payroll – Americas, the LATAM Payroll Analyst will work closely with Accounting, People Ops, and Benefits teams.
The LATAM Payroll Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of all LATAM payroll cycles and associated tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of payroll functions in preparation, distribution, and reporting of payroll, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely end‑to‑end processing of payroll in the LATAM region.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient customer service to employees who have questions regarding pay, deductions, or the payroll process.
