Job Description
It is an entry level position responsible for providing analytic and operational support, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team.
Responsibilities
- Individuals should be comfortable functioning in a fast paced environment with multiple client and industry cutoffs and adaptable to adapt to a different shifts and process to accomplish the business needs.
- We encourage team members to recommend solutions that improve quality and efficiency and reduce risk of error or delay.
- Accomplish with goals established by Management.
- Comply with the standards committed related to the quality measured in the Mainly KPIs.
- Avoid errors and faults that impact to our customers or affect to Citi.
- Constant commitment of monitoring the Productivity and efficiency in the own process with the supervisor and establish immediate action plans to be in comply.
