Job Description

NOTE: Example of shift times are 6am-2pm and 11am-4pm. You would need to be available as a part time staff member to work all required times. Please take these shift times into consideration when applying for the position

DUTIES:

  • Inspect and fold dried linen as per established procedure and in accordance with the production standards.
  • Place prepared linen on exchange carts or shelves depending on need.
  • Feed linen through the small piece and blanket folder maintaining production standards.
  • Receive linen from folder and place on carts or shelves. It may be necessary to complete the last fold.
  • Inspect, patch, and fold OR linen and prepare OR gown packs according to established procedures, maintaining the production standard.
  • Record production numbers as requested. Recording of quota shortages may be required from time to time.
