Job Summary
Under the guidance and management of Director of Rooms and Director of Housekeeping, the employee will supervise Service Leaders and Service Associates for Laundry. He/She will also be responsible for managing the Laundry operations, directing and maintaining the Laundry Department in accordance with the current corporate and hotel policies, standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Hospitality or a similar field
- Preferably with at least 2 years of managerial experience in either a large scale commercial or full on-site hotel laundry
- Preferably knowledgeable about the financial aspect of the Laundry Department
- Preferably computer literate, fluent in oral and written English
- Tactful and sensitive to employees and guests
- Flexible, guest oriented, motivator and a team builder
