JOB SUMMARY
Under the guidance and management of Director of Rooms and Director of Housekeeping, he/she will supevise Service Leaders and Service Associates for Laundry. He/She will also be responsible for managing the Laundry operations, directs and maintains the Laundry Department in accordance with the current corporate and hotel policies, standards and guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Hospitality or in the same capacityPreferably with at least 2 years managerial experience in either a large scale commercial or full on-site hotel laundry Preferably knowledgeable on the Financial aspect of the Laundry DepartmentPreferably computer literate, fluent in oral and written EnglishTactful and sensitive to employees and guestsFlexible, guest oriented, motivator and a team builder
