Job Description
We are looking for Lawn Care Operatives to deliver high‑quality services to customers across our treatment area, providing expertise in fertilisation, herbicide application, aeration and scarification, and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Maintain contact with customers before treatments, inform them of arrival times.
- Apply fertilisers, herbicides and conduct scheduled treatments each day.
- Notify customers upon completion, provide invoices and explain work performed.
- Inform customers of next treatment dates.
- Identify lawn issues and advise on necessary treatments and best practices.
- Perform spring/autumn machine work (aerator, scarifier, top‑dresser) safely.
- Use garden tools to clear scarification waste.
- Work as part of a team or independently – physical fitness is required.
