Position Summary:
Specializing in judicial amount claims: order for payment, ordinary, oral, executive, mortgage, bankruptcy, etc. In charge of the preparation of demands, study of documentation, solvency analysis. Procedural monitoring and procedural instigation.
Key Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Preparation of claims (study of documentation and solvency analysis)
- Filing and monitoring of demands
- Attendance at visits
- Negotiations with clients/lawyers/insolvency administrators
- Monitoring and control of procedures managed by external lawyers
